Stable Diet Café opened its door for business in August 2007.

Located at what would be regarded as the quiet end of Wexford’s Main Street, this expansion into retail is proving a big success with our customers, both new and old.

True to our ethos to provide excellent quality food products based on our philosophy that nature knows best, Stable Diet now flourishes as one of the town’s most popular cafés.
If you visit you will find a small but stylish interior that hums with activity as our friendly staff serve our loyal customers.

Our delicious scones and cakes are in huge demand and breakfast has become a speciality. Our chef’s French Toast with Crispy Bacon and Maple Syrup is a big favourite.
Lunch- time offers the opportunity to sample our crusty breads with home-made soup, crisp salads, roasted vegetables, meats, fish and freshly made quiches and tartines.
